Shipping & Delivery Policy for Pic N Snack

Thank you for shopping with Pic N Snack. This policy explains how we ship your orders worldwide.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and despatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • During busy periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use:

  • Royal Mail (UK & International)
  • Parcelforce (UK & selected international routes)

We may use other reputable carriers depending on destination, package size, weight, and service availability.

We ship to most countries worldwide.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen service.
  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders (e.g. over a certain amount in the UK).
  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas or large/heavy orders.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • For orders outside the UK, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and local charges.
  • These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by you directly to your local authorities.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Tracking & Delivery Updates

  • A tracking number is provided for most orders.
  • You can track your package using the link in your despatch confirmation email.
  • We are not responsible for delays after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-deliver.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: The carrier may leave a card or attempt redelivery. After failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. You will be responsible for return shipping and re-delivery costs.
  • Lost or Damaged Parcels: Please contact us if your order has not arrived within a reasonable time. We will investigate with the carrier.
