Welcome to Pic N Snack. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By browsing our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

3. Products and Product Information
- We sell American candy, snacks, drinks, pick and mix, mystery boxes and other confectionery items.
- Product images, descriptions, ingredients, allergens and nutritional information are provided for guidance only.
- Always check the physical product packaging before consumption, especially if you have food allergies or intolerances.
- We reserve the right to change product details, packaging or availability at any time without prior notice.
- We do not guarantee that products will be identical in appearance, formulation or packaging to images shown on the website (manufacturers change packaging frequently).

4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
- Payment is taken at the time of order.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully processed or if we suspect fraud.

5. Orders and Order Confirmation
- When you place an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. This is an acknowledgement only and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery to restricted areas).
- A contract is formed only when we send you a despatch confirmation email.

6. Shipping and Delivery (Worldwide)
- We ship to most countries worldwide.
- Delivery times and costs vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided or collected from a collection point.
- You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply in your country. These are not included in our prices.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Important – Food Products:
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened or unopened food products (including candy, snacks, drinks and pick and mix) once they have left our premises, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Faulty or Damaged Goods: 
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with clear photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion after investigation.

Non-Food Items:  
- Standard 14-day cooling-off period applies for non-food products (if any are sold).

Order Cancellations:  
- You may cancel an order before it is despatched by contacting us at picnsnack@gmail.com. Once despatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Allergens and Food Safety
- Many of our products contain or may contain allergens (e.g. nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, etc.).
- Always read the packaging carefully before consuming.
- We cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination as they are handled in environments that process multiple allergens.
- Pic N Snack accepts no liability for allergic reactions.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including text, images, logos, product descriptions and design) is owned by or licensed to Pic N Snack and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the products purchased in the relevant order.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.

11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supplier failures, or shipping disruptions).

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.  
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
