Returns & Refunds Policy for Pic N Snack

At Pic N Snack we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, especially as many of our products are food items.

1. Food & Perishable Products (Majority of Our Range)

Due to food hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on food products (including candy, chocolate, snacks, drinks, pick and mix sweets, mystery boxes, and similar items) once they have been despatched, whether opened or unopened.

Exceptions (Faulty or Damaged Items Only):

  • If the product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and any damage.
  • We will investigate and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund (including original shipping cost).

2. Non-Food Items (if applicable)

  • You have the right to cancel and return non-food items within 14 days of receiving them for any reason.
  • The items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. Include your order number, details of the issue, and photos where relevant.
  3. Wait for our approval before returning any items.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or upon approval for faulty items).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent or damaged on arrival).
  • We do not refund any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges you may have paid.

5. Delivery & Shipping Notes

  • We primarily use Royal Mail and Parcelforce, but may use other reputable carriers depending on destination and size/weight.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or courier companies.
  • Risk passes to you once the order is delivered or collected.

6. Cancellations Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it is despatched by contacting us promptly. Once despatched, the order falls under the returns policy above.

7. Worldwide Customers

  • This policy applies to all customers worldwide.
  • You are responsible for any return shipping costs to the UK (international returns can be expensive).
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
  • Any customs duties or taxes paid on import are non-refundable.
